Im 16 going to be a junior and high school and i'm looking to get my PR to at least a 17:50 in the 5k, my current pr is a 18:41. My coach is good but i don't feel as if he can get me where i want to be and so i figured i'd come here. So i was wondering how many miles a week i should be running also if i should add some weight lifting into my training, also some advice on what to eat before practice/race would be highly appreciated. thanks
