Going for a holiday where i'll be generally active (walking partying etc) but will have no/little proper exercise for 7 days. I haven't taken any more than 3 days off since i started running (about 2 years ago) so will this break affect me or actually help to freshen me. I'm 17 and my legs never really feel fresh anymore from the hard training (40mpw but intense days) so personally i feel this will benefit me.
Opinions? Bad idea?
