An in-shape Rudisha would crush them all. Seeing him battle them at a slower pace is interesting but it is not the same as seeing him run 1:41 or 1:42 like it was nothing. I don't think anyone expects him to do that. His opponents should be excited though - now's their chance and they may not get another one.
Based on the season so far, the top of the card has to be the women's 1500 and 2 mile, and the men's mile (which Leer is gonna WIN in a Rocky Balboa moment). The men's 400 is loaded too. Yes the 800 is my favorite event but they're just not up to speed yet.
