I'm a mid-distance runner, recently ran 2x100 at the end of a workout in 11.5 and 11.2 w/ a rolling start. I think it was pretty accurately timed, give or take 2 tenths. I would love to get my 400 pr under 50 and I'm wondering what guys who ran 47-49sec for the 4 were able to do for short 100-200m intervals.

I'm just looking for some feedback, because 100m times don't mean much to me. I probably could have gone a bit faster if I hadn't just finished up a 5x1k workout.
