Easy recovery week for me after Broad Street. I am enjoying keeping things low-key for now and running watch-less, not worrying about pace and just focusing on relaxed, enjoyable, recovery running. In the hopes of staying more consistent, I am going to try to start introducing more short doubles in this base building phase. I am experimenting to find out if it’s easier to drag myself out the door twice a day a couple days a week for 30-40 minutes, versus dragging myself out the door once a day for 60-70 minutes, haha. We’ll see if it backfires or not. :)
