Yes
I'd definitely like to see 10k updates, but not as interested as in the womens
Quite impressive results in the women's 10k.
67, 69 to open up, not slow but definitely not blistering. Field is tightly packed in 2 rows with everyone sitting comfy
Hasay
32:06 debut @ Payton Jordan 2013
31:46.42 @ 2013 national championships
4:32 through 1600, everyone's obviously controlled. Oddly enough there doesn't seem to be pacers? Kithuka already leading
28:20 pace. ~4:30
i know that levins wants this to be sub 27:40, so they cant doddle for too long

Please!!!
Hasay doing pretty well on AlSal's Cranberry Juice Cocktail.
Picking it up slightly, will likely be under 28 but unless someone moves soon we're not going to see anything insane. Kithuka, Puskedra, Levins leading through 3200 at about 9 flat
Barrios to the front, pace drops to 65 for a lap. Hopefully the keep it going. Everyone still together

Yeah, not looking like they're going to get under 27:40.
Which is dumb. I think Levins could be in sub-27:30 shape. No need to win Payton Jordan--just push it and try to run a fast time. Should've set up something like Webb and Ritz did back in the day.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
