Did 3 marathons in 2013. Didn't follow any particular plan and just took advice from fellow joggers.
Results: 3:42, 3:47, 3:32.
In 2014, I did 12 weeks of Daniels Plan A (averaging about 50mpw).
Result: 3:08
In order to improve, I was planning on following the full 24 weeks schedule - keeping roughly the same peak (60mpw).
Do I still run the first phase (six weeks) ‘Easy’ only?
