I don't want to mess up anyone's camp business but I don't think running camp is a very good idea to improve your running.
It would be a good social scene and may help with motivation so there may be some value for that.
I did football camp as a wide receiver and it helped with route running, learning some moves and it provided someone to throw the ball to me.
But you don't need technical skills for distance running.
And you don't want to do high quality or high volume in the offseason as you are running year round and need some down time.
If it gets you going and you make friends from it, then that's a good thing.
