Ok guys, I know well, I'm a first time attempee at the Marathon on a flat Course in Austin, now I don't know if I'm going to fast on my Long Runs, I'm going for a sub 2:30 Marathon, I feel real smooth running the Long Runs and feel I can go 4 or 5 more miles even after finishing. I'm following the Pfitzinger 24 week program for More than 70 miles Marathoner, here are my splits, you can go critisize them or what have you I just want some honest opinions.
17 Miles Today
6:07, 6:12, 5:43, 5:55, 6:03, 5:55, 6:09, 5:54, 6:09, 6:09, 6:07, 6:26, 6:18, 6:02, 6:26, 5:55, 6:11,
Of course I only go this Pace on my Long Runs and Medium Long Runs, and Usually 7:28 to 8:00 On Recovery Runs
Any Info Suggestion Let me know
