Quincy Wilson, the 16-year-old sophomore sensation from the Bullis (Md.) School, continues to amaze. This morning in the 4x400 prelims at the Penn Relays, the first leg of his team's 4x400 fell, which meant Wilson got the baton in 6th place.
Wilson, who set a high school record of 45.76 indoors, proceeded to mow everyone down and split 44.37 -- the fastest relay leg ever in a high school 4x400 at Penn -- to win the heat.
The final is at 5:30 p.m. ET. No US team has won it since 2007 but with Wilson, Bullis has a chance to do just that.
The video of the anchor leg is incredible:
