Hello everyone,
This forum has provided some fantastic advice to me in the past and I was hoping to throw a question out there again and see if I could be helped again.
I am currently building a winter base to race a half marathon in the Spring and another Marathon next fall. Between those I'd like to do some 5k's/10k's.
I was hoping to get some suggestions on if it is more beneficial to run slowly and build my mileage up more and more since I have the time or to run moderate mileage and gradually get faster and faster with that mileage.
Also, if running in base should I not be running more than 10.5 hours a week or up to 15 hours or slowly build up my hours per week?
