It happens when I race in under distance races, like 1500/mile, but why???? Am I running to slow in training??

Either you're ill or you pushed yourself really hard.
Either way, treat it as a badge of honor.
I would throw up after nearly every 5K in high school. The mile, pretty rarely. I didn't think much of it and neither did my coach.
In high school I used to throw up after most of my races, especially the ones during the week after school. I also ate pizza and fries for lunch every day at school. After high school When I started eating better overall and especially the day of races, I stopped throwing up.
sometimes it just happens. Did you race well? Then you were prepared.
Did you carbo load?
