Good day people. I am in need of a sprint coach or distance coach that can give me a handful of sessions to help my sprint form. Anything faster than 31 seconds in a 200 has my form breaking down. I don't think it's a power problem as I can get up to speed and do a 14/15 second 100 at like 90% effort, but I just can't maintain the speed without my over striding or losing the feel of track/ road. I'm in brooklyn but could travel a bit. I'm from a cycling background so that is probably getting in my way at higher speeds.
