I'm currently a junior and I ran 5:29 a week ago for the mile, to see what my time currently was.
Today, I woke up feeling slow as f***, even though I got 6 hours of sleep (I get 6-7hrs of sleep per day, on average) and ate healthy food the day before.
Then I do my 6x800m workout at 4 pm, and for my first 800, I only ran 3:00, and I was out of breath! Then I finished the workout running it at 3:20.... left the field feeling pissed and very confused.
Has anyone here had a workout like this? Just a very bad interval session for seemingly no reason?
