Hello everyone. I am new to the web page and am hoping to get some insightful advice for my Turkey Trot tomorrow. I have been training for it pretty hard for about 3 weeks now and feel pretty good. Last year, I broke 22:00 and am really hoping to dip under 20:00 this year. I went on P90X for a while this summer and shed some extra weight, so I'm hoping that will help me out. Do you people have any swift tips for me before my big race tomorrow? I'm bringing along the wife and kids again and want to show them that ol' pops has still got it (used to regularly break 18:00 back in high school). Thanks for any help ;)
