get your opponent on the ground, then height matters little.
Ask mike Tyson.
It's been done before, so I'm going to have to guess:
No, it's impossible.
No way. Height is the single-most important factor in a fight. Things like experience, skill, strength, speed, etc become non-factors when there is that much of height differential.
For example: I was at the beach a couple years ago and I saw a famous UFC fighter (Matt Hughes, 5'9") chilling in the sand with his special lady, nursing a cold Corona. Some super-tall JERK stumbles by and bumps into Matt's chair, causing him to spill his beer. Matt Hughes was about to jump up and let this dude have it, but then he sees how tall the guy is and sits right back down; mouth shut. He looked like he was even trembling a little. I mean, the tall guy was super-skinny and looked like he hadn't seen sunlight in a couple years. His voice cracked when he talked and he seemed very uncoordinated. He was also wearing glasses and looked like he was probably about 16 years old. But he had to be at least 6'5", and Matt Hughes isn't an idiot. Only someone with a death wish would start something with a guy that tall.
Could you imagine what would happen if every player in the NBA decided to just go around the country beating people up? The rivers would run red with our blood.
Everyone knows height doesn't matter.

A woman can win a fight against a woman 9" taller, but due to physiology, a man can only win fights against a man who is at most 7" taller.
