Does anyone have experience with Portland P.A.C.E.? I know the Oregon Project works out there sometimes. My friend asked if I wanted to join her in a strength training class there. Is it worth the money or is it just info you could find anywhere?

in general, it's information you could find anywhere. what makes it unique are the individuals running it. in my limited experience they seem to be pretty creative in their approach to athletes. why the hell they have it from 6-7AM when you're not fully awake beats me, but $12/hr is cheaper than paying for a personal trainer.
strength training is kind of like running in that there is not necessarily a right way or a wrong way, just a way that works best for you.
