You do realize that Kenya has many different types of people, ethnic groups, etc. Not everyone looks like a Kalenjin from Iten.

That is what I thought...his build is more americanized maybe a combo of american food, ethnic area, etc. I once spent a week training with a Kenyan the diet: Ugali cooked like oatmeal and mash potatoes, baked fish, mixed veggies, bread fruit and no eating after 6pm. I was given a pizza and asked if he would like just 1 slice his reply "Oh no when I am running fast I cannot have the extra fat." After a while I began to realize his moderate simple eating is all his body knows despite training at a high volume.

Cheese Reck is super SCRAWNY. Most women these days wouldn't even consider him, since he won't be able to help them with physically demanding work, like yard working or moving furniture around. Their standards have increased, he should step up his game and step into the weight room for once. I am sure it wouldn't hurt his running either.

Again, American means also having a muscular neck. I can't see that in Cheese Reck.
