What have you done before as a workout three days before a race? If you've found something that has worked in the past do the same thing now.
4-6x 200m with 200m jog. Run them at around 5k pace. Really, just try to hit a nice, relaxed, fast stride. Add a tempo mile or two in the middle if you feel like you need some volume.
