Just curious:
I am not too familiar with the drug testing policies and procedures of the IAAF and other regulatory authorities in the sport. I know that they are pretty big sticklers about frequent testing at competitions representing one's country like the Olympics and Worlds, but how often/thorough is the testing of elites when they are running for professional teams and not under their nation's flag?

That totally beats me too. Eliud Kipchoge just stopped for a few seconds to congratulate him, and both of them were running again the next instant! It seems to happen all of the time, but I just can't believe it.

Any race that pays this sort of money
Any race that has even a slight interest in ratifying a new world record
Any and all IAAF label races
Will all have drug testing. Anyone near the level of Kipsang or Kipchoge will be i the testing pool, as well.
