I was a member of the ODAC conference. Competed against Frank a few times. He was a great guy. A true sportsman. He had a real passion for the sport and worked for everything he had. This is a tragic loss. I cannot imagine the pain felt by the Lynchburg squad, as he was an integral part of the team and a well respected leader. Run in peace, Frank. We will miss you deeply.
So sad. He just ran a 13:56 PR at Raleigh Relays less than a month ago.

I had recently watched him at the Dennis craddock meet and he just knew how to run. My condolences to the team that survived this. Some of you on here need to show some respect to this young man, he was an inspiration and a leader so leave the BS out of this thread.
