Can't see Mo doing this race. Too big of a risk to get beat.

levins while sick after a long season finished 2 seconds back of ethopia's #2 and #3 runners in the og 5000m final.
levins beat 2 kenyans and a basket of africans in the 10k final 10 seconds behind gold medal winning time.
agreed that levins probably will struggle in this upcoming race but he's well qualified to be there.
levins if he gets healthy figures to be a future medal contender.
if he simply peaked only for the olympics last year he'd probably have placed 4-5. he's crazy good.
Apparently, Salazar expects Levins to run mid 3:30s at Oxy, which sure seems fast enough.

Maybe Rupp and Lagat deserve to be in the thread title, but Derrick and Levins will do well to make the top 10.
Derrick: True.
Levins: False.
Lagat gets third, Derrick gets fourth, Rupp gets fifth, Levins gets ninth.

Forecast as of right now is about 70° and 10 MPH winds, so pretty decent for fast running. What about Collis Birmingham ? He's been running really well this year. I wouldn't be surprised to see him pop a PB.
Twenty-four guys in the field: quite large. I assume there will also be a rabbit, making it larger still.

The little dude is a dutch guy who ran at Oxy and trained with the guys in Park City. Farah is doing an appearance in the London 10k May 27th running against no one and hasnt publicly commited to 5 or 10 k at Pre until post 5/27. Dathan is on the edge body fat wise - D for Danger . Rupp is a pup and thats who the dog was into.
I know that, which is why I refer to the Diamond League list in my prior post. However, that list doesn't jibe with the Runnerspace list, which presumably is the official list. However, Ritz's Twitter page at least intimates he'll be running, and if he does I expect to see 13:0x.
