I think that Musyoki was their 5th fastest 10k guy.
Yeah but UTEP under Ted Banks didn't have to worry about age limits. As well the very top Kenyans don't come to USA schools anymore.
Back then a dorm and dorm food along with the prospect of a USA college degree could lure a Rono or Nyambui. But that simple era has passed with the wooden 11 laps to a mile track...

Whatever happened to Ted Banks by the way? Haven't heard a peep about him since he left UTEP.

Arkansas in that 90's, that was a dynasty.

It's amazing how USC has dominated the Olympic Games for over 100 years and continued it's dominance at 2012 London by winning 25 medals including 6 in T&F.
