He still hasn't had enough 26.2-specific training, since January. And even back then was abbreviated.
He will be lucky to run in the low/mid 2:08's. I say 2:08:55
2:08 for a top-10 finish.
His half last month says 2:08:00. That seems overly ambitious given his history; I'm more inclined to think 2:09:00 but if he has some company from Horiguchi and a couple of other Japanese guys and the weather is good he might sneak into 2:08 territory.
I've never participated in these prediction threads, but having predicted my own marathon 4 years ago, I'm an expert.

He'll finish 3:49 after the winner.
2:08:14 and not a second faster or slower.
after his 61 in marathon training mode, 63 is a walk in the
park. 2:06.40 after slowing a bit at the end.
I'd love to see Ritz run under 2:08. If the weather is good, and he has a career day, he could do it.
the irony is, he could run 2:07:40 and not be in the top 10. Another argument for focusing on the track, Dathan.
I'd love to see you do another sub 13 5,000 even more than a sub 2:08 marathon.
2:08:59.97 which will round up to 2:09 which will get him closer to his career goal of running the most marathons in an even minute time.

He will go through 1:03 high and fade slightly the last 7 miles. It will still be a solid performance and a huge pr. The top guys will be well ahead though.
This, exactly.

He'll do better but there's still no real evidence he's solved his late race issues and I can't see his 10k training as having magically solved those.
Like everyone though, I'd love to be proven wrong and see Ritz drop something in the 2:06's or even 07's.
