I want to be able to do a mile swim pretty quickly.
I have never been a "swimmer" but have always been around water and I have never lost a swim race from one side of a pool to another.(But I havent raced real swimmers)
Well anyways last year when I was injured for a month I started swimming almost every day and got to where I could swim a mile at a time before I got too bored. And now I started swimming again about a week ago and I got up to 2000 yards today without stopping before I had to get out due to lightning outside. (I don't know what lightning outside has to do with an indoor pool)
Well anyways, if I want to be able to swim a 1500 meter swim fast what should I be doing everyday? Swimming far? Swimming doubles? Intervals? I don't know anything about swim training.
