What should I aim for?
Train hard, eat real food most of the time, and don't worry about it. Your weight will take care of itself. You're only a freshman anyway. You should be concerned with adjusting to higher mileage and longer races, not how much you weigh.
You're not actually that fat. Do you look it? You seem pretty regular. Heavier but not fat.
