I just want to get an opinion on some thoughts and questions i have.
1: I have ok times at a small d3 school, but i want to get faster i believe i have more potential because running has been relatively easy for me to get into. I started my freshman year in high school.Is my route to improve strictly summer training?

2: i feel super unmotivated! I dont know why but lately i havent been motivated as much as i have in the past, i think its because i have had a poor freshman season?
3: Im probably going to my teams number 1 runner during cross in the fall and i want to be ready for this task. I have a goal of running low 25's and possibly sneaking in the 24's. Im in better shape than i was going into last year. Im stronger and faster.
I just need tips or ideas on how to get faster, more confident and motivated, because its the middle of the summer and i am struggling with summer training?
