I am entering my last season of college running and want to run very well. My program runs somewhat lower mileage compared to the rest of the college world but I would like to up mileage a little. The most I've ever run is 76mpw but pretty much averged 70mpw for the whole year (XC thru outdoor with down weeks and a week off after XC. I want to average 80mpw this year and get up close to 90 this summer. I was wondering if this is a good progression for the summer. Even though I am upping my mileage we start adding in one workout a week. So by the second week of july we have one hard day and a long run each week. I just dont want to be increasing volume and increase intensity too fast at the same time
