As it was pointed out before, those 14 hours probably do not only consist of running but also other activities - yoga, weights, swimming etc.

She should run some races. With that kind of base and considering the lack of competition among women, she should be able to kick some A55.
this is correct. she and her husband will do and say anything to get press. They are gold medalists at attention whoring.
Average or maybe semi-cute girl next door gets on the front pages of magazines and gets paid lots of money for nothing else but staying in the news.
One year after Heidi Montag underwent a drastic plastic surgery makeover, the former reality star has come forward to show her operation-room battle wounds and to express her deep regrets about going under the knife.
"Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did presurgery," Montag, 24, told Life & Style during a Dec. 2 photo shoot. "This is not what I signed up for."
Montag, who was seeking perfection when she infamously underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in Nov. 2009, now sports a series of unattractive scars and uneven body parts.
Among the permanent marks are a 2-inch-long raised blemish under her chin (from a chin reduction) two large bald spots along her hairline (from a brow lift) and a jagged scar behind her ears (from having her ears pinned back). She also sports lumpy legs and four spots on her lower back and below the buttocks (from botched liposuction), a bright-red mark inside her right nostril (from rhinoplasty), uneven breasts and a stretch mark on her chest with deep scars around her nipples (from a second boob job).
"The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts and the scariest is below my butt cheek," she told the mag. "People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body."
Last month, Montag appeared on "Primetime" to claim she did not feel "prepared" for the procedures, which were performed by celebrity surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan just nine months before his fatal car crash.
"I definitely think I should have been way more informed. I think that doctors should really walk you through all aspects of it, not just the glamorous side of it," the busty blond told ABC News' Cynthia McFadden. "Doctors, it's like they're selling you cookies or something."
Desperate to move on with her life, Montag told Life & Style that her scars serve as constant reminders that she made a big mistake last year.
"I would love to not be 'plastic girl' or whatever they call me," she told the mag. "Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world.
"I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I'm always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands."
Waaaaaaaaaaaa. Boo f-ing hoo.
What an idiot she is. Are we supposed to feel sorry for her after she did that to herself? After she paid someone to do it to her?
This has nothing to do with her athletic achievements. Please discuss that article in a separate thread. Thanks.
Her "athletic achievements"? Whazzat?
I'd be more impressed by her claims if I thought she knew how to count or tell time.
She's from Crested Butte, people.
Maybe she should have tried working out 14 hrs a day before she went under the knife.
She must be an absolute freak in the sac if she works out for 14 hours a day.
Maybe she should take one or two of those hours and read a book. Or volunteer at a soup kitchen. Or clean up trash on a beach. Or smoke some dope.
She should run a marathon. Could probably go sub3 with that kind of 800 credentials.

Taking naps at the gym? Maybe the ones in Hollywood have couches for that?
