Yep, Ryan Hall, Haile Gebreselassie, Usain Bolt, they all look like lazy a** people compared to Heidi Montag. She works out 14 hours a day, from 5am to 7pm. Maybe a sub2h Marathon or 8:xx 100m dash would be possible if only runners/sprinters would show that kind of work ethics.

Or maybe they would severly burn out, suffer severe dehydration and loose most of their body salts and weight, get in no quality workouts and be horribly overtrained, loose all their speed and strength and end up running 2:20 marathons but being able to go on for a significantly longer time than Michael Wardian albeit probably still be way too tired to do anything for months, end up with severe injuries that completely mess up their careers and possibly end their careers permanently, or all together just mess your body up permanently into unrepairability.
This sounds like an amazing plan for our elite runners to follow. Let's put them out it straight away!

2. You can drink Gatorade, which contains salt

I assume her "workouts" are very similar to what I have seen most women like her doing at the gym: Lots of standing around trying to look pretty, messing with their hair, messing with their phones/ipods, talking on phones, talking to friends, talking to douchebags, fiddling with a machine for a few minutes, "lifting" with some 2 lb dumbbells, using an elliptical until they break a sweat then immediately stop because sweat is gross. Repeat.
14 hours of that should be pretty easy, if a smidge mind-numbing. Of course, mind-numbing and people like Heidi Montag go hand in hand.
The only non-athlete celebrity whose regime I would be interested in learning about is Madonna.
She must have a seriously tough schedule to stay in that kind of shape.
stache - I think you post is likely accurate in many respects.
However, 14 hours a day of whatever it is she calls exercise is ridiculous, and serves no purpose other than to feed her neuroses over her appearance.

She probably splits up those 14 hours between cardio and weights, so it's not like she is running 14 hours non-stop.
Probably more like 2 hours of running, 2 hours cycling, 2 hours Pilates, 3 hours weights, 2 hours swimming and 3 hours of stretching/gymnastics.
Still a killer-schedule. No wonder she looks so good.

Thin as she is, there has to be an hour plus per day for eating. You also have to factor in AT LEAST one hour per day changing outfits since she always wants to look good.
You might add Tina Turner to that list - amazing what she looked like at 60, 65, and about 70!

i MIGHT have believed 4 hours a day of working out, but not 14. lets say she goes to the gym at 6AM (which is hard to believe), that means she wouldn't get done "working out" until 8PM. doubtful.
