14 hours per WEEK -not DAY.
I think this comes from a simple mis-print or mis-reading. 5am - 7am = 2 hours a day. X 7 days a week = 14 hours.
If she were really working out 14 hours per day 1) she would drop dead from anorexia. (think of what her caloric needs would be.) OR 2) she has no clue on how to work out properly/efficiently and what she calls "working out" is laughable.
Rest is important for rebuilding muscles/keeping the body from breaking down.
Anyway, it is a bit creepy to me...all of the plastic surgery. Yes, we all have insecurities and something we might like to "fix" about ourselves. But, most of us work on growing our personalities. I am 5'2" and 100, and I'm pretty sure I would look RIDICULOUS with implants; that would just be structurally unsound. I tend to find proportional women to be more desirable, and i think most men feel the same way.
But, Hollywood is a different world, so I guess if your only job is to be beautiful...
