Just wondering what your best guesstimates are for a runner that went out in just under 18:00 and then ran 1:19:11....course difficulty pretty consistent throughout.
Splits: and average pace for each section
5k: 18:00 (3:36/k)
10k: 36:44 (3:45)
17k: 1:03:39 (3:50)
21.1 (3:47)
Overall: 1:19:11 (3:45)
Just trying to set goals for next time and want to get a better idea of current fitness..I would guess 1:18:30- 1:18:45 but wanted to get some opinions.
