How much did your PRs improve going from 80mpw to 100mpw?
I was an 80/week guy through 1990, with PRs like 15:20s/31:45/52:30 (10 miles). Made the jump up in spring 91. By fall 92 I was 14:57/30:48/51:01.
Where did the extra 20 get plugged into? Mostly base mileage or workouts ( long run, inter. , tempo, etc)?
More frequent doubling, less convincing myself, "I'm tired today, 6 is fine."
