first, why are you showing your e-mail and maybe real name?
Second, talk to your coach and see if he has any help for you. He or she has probably seen this many times and can help you both now and next year.
Third, are you tired and wornout during the week leadup to races? If so, you are over trained. Try not racing workouts -this is the hardest lesson for hs boys to learn - don't race the flippin workouts. Use the mcmillan calculator and force yourself to let the other guys go kill themselves. That could bring back your sharpness.
If you feel fine during the week but are racing badly, it could be mental - you might have mentally already met your season goals and so you don't have any reason left to race.
If this is the case, pick some guy you have never beat and sit on him next race - forget time - just compete.
When I peaked too early, it was usually a mental issue - hitting a season goal and not resetting a good one.
Some people advocate doing a long run when you need to shake things up - maybe 30% of your weekly mileage - just to reset your system a little mentally or physically.
