Has anyone tryed the the Newbalance 801, it is supposed to be more of a midfoot/forefoot freindly shoe. Also does anyone no the heel to toe drop, it was not listed on Runningwarehouse where I ussually look for this info.

I've worn it and my favorite aspect of the shoe was that it seemed to last longer than most others. Usually I wear the outside of the forefoot very quickly, but this shoe lasted significantly longer. I wish I had logged my mileage by shoe to show a more quantitative difference.
