I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I don't feel like digging for it. If I were to calibrate a Nike+ sensor using a distance of a mile and a time of 6:40 for instance, would I then have to run every subsequent mile in 6:40 for the distance readings to be accurate? What if I wanted to do a threshold run at a significantly faster pace (say 5:20), would I need to have another sensor calibrated for such a pace in order to give more accurate readings? Thanks.
