Hello. I run once everyday and avg 60 miles a week. I don't take days off but like to spread the mileage out instead of doubling. In the past, I didn't perform well on doubles. I get criticized a lot though for not taking a day off once per week.
I'm wondering if this will hinder my improvement in speed over time, or if anyone agrees with me that it is okay to spread it out? Please help.
