A couple of weeks ago I thought I had eaten too much and my chest started aching. Kept me up all night and for the next two days it felt like someone was standing on my chest.(I also thought it was caused by a anti-biotic I just started) The pain gradually subsided to just an occasional,annoying pain. I am 50 and my brother in-law had a heart attack at 48 just a few weeks ago so my anxiety was running high with the thoughts that "what if it is my heart" to "its probably just a pulled muscle". I don't have insurance so I can't go running to the doc. I have a lot to live for but I can't imagine my life being satisfying without running. It hurts a little more after workouts but a pulled muscle would too. I wouldn't mind dying while running but I don't want to die soon.
