Harvard's track is a 220y (~201m) 6-lane banked facility (bank is more severe than Reggie Lewis). However, all of the lines are painted for metric distances and all of the races are metric - excluding the relays of course.

i thought about including harvard's track, but the op asked for 200m banked tracks so i left it off. there are several 220-yd banked tracks around the country - i wonder if all are now marked for metric distances like harvard's. anyway, i can provide that list tomorrow if any are interested.

I'm thinking about building one on this lot of land I own across the potomac in DC. Haven't worked out the details (like zoning) yet. Also, need to talk to Nike or Adidas to see if they are interested in competing for naming rights since New Balance has the Armory. Or I can take contributions from letsrun. Or public financing- I'm trying to make it a pork barrel expense in the bail out plan.
The old Boston U track was sold to Mark Wetmore (agent) and moved down to Washington, DC as I understand. It was put into a warehouse with the idea being it would be put up some place down there. Although not in great shape, it certainly would still be useable if some work was done on it. It would be a lot less costly than purchasing a new one (close to $700,000 not counting the building).
The "Hoosier Dome" track is now in Bloomington at Indiana University on permanent loan. There is only one banked 200m indoor track in Indianapolis at NIFS on campus at IUPUI. I heard Fort Wayne may be building a 200m indoor banked track, but it's only rumor so far as I know.
Boise State set up in Nampa is the Mondo track from Atlanta Georgia Dome

Yep, U of M just built a new 200meter track where the outside is 300M and the inside is a banked 200M track. Their old 200M track wasn't banked.
VMI no longer uses Cormack Field House. They built a new 200 meter track that opened last year. Similarly, Liberty University also just opened a new 200 meter facility. Both VMI and Liberty have hydraulic banking so they can adjust the angle based on the race. Very nice tracks from what I hear.
From the Liberty website:
The track itself is the facility’s most dynamic feature, and one of only a handful of indoor tracks in the U.S. to offer a six-lane, 200-meter, hydraulically banked oval. Other such tracks are located at Navy, Nebraska, Penn State, Texas A&M and VMI. VMI and Liberty are the only schools to have banked tracks that feature a specially formulated surface manufactured by Beynon, the company that resurfaced Liberty’s outdoor Matthes-Hopkins Track Complex and the University of Oregon’s Hayward Field, site of the United States Olympic Trials in 2008, 2012 and 2016.
Indy has a new one.
New one down in Florida, but it is not at a University.
Washburn University in Topeka Kansas
Prince William county just approved a 100 million dollar facility, it will be similar to the VA Beach one.....of which has big money problems. Fairfax has a proposal for a facility up in Reston.
Ocean Breeze in NYC, the new NB track in Boston, Virginia Beach
Birmingham Alabama has a 200 meter banked track at the Crossplex, nice facility.
