This one comes with a little wrinkle to illustrate how silly the prediction threads are. I'll tell you the workouts I did in a prior season, and you guess what I actually ran for 5K.
Workout 1: 5 X mile, each rep followed immediately by 2 X 200, then 1 lap jog. Hit 5:11, 5:12, 5:12, 5:14, 5:02. All 200's were 30.
Workout 2: 5 X 800 in 2:19, 2:18, 2:18, 2:17, 2:17, then 1 mile at 5:00.
