If you do a weight workout, is there some benefit to doing the whole thing all at once (ie a 30 minute session) or could you just do one exercise for 5 minutes and do this several times in the day to get all the muscle groups?
The reason I ask is because I am already using up my lunch time running and rather than doing a weight workout after work I would rather pop down to the weight room and do 3 quick sets of one lift every so often (this way I am just out of the office for a few minutes here and there like the smokers and people who are always off to the bathroom).
