Bench press: 3 sets of 10 reps.
1) How much weight could the average American guy handle for this workout?
2) How much weight would be on the same level as running a 19 minute 5k?
This really is a serious question. It's easy for me to look at a race time an automatically know where it stands, but with weights I have no idea.
I'm afraid I may be the weightlifting equivalent of a Gallowalker.
