I haven´t run in a a few years, and I´m thinking of getting back in the game, and i was wondering if anyone had been in a similar sitution or can help get as fast as possible by late october.
I´m 5´6 and im about 160lbs, 20 ova racing shape.
i have run the 800m in 2:01, 1500m in 4:05 16:00 5k with little training.
so i was wondering if anyone has any tips fro a running program or workouts to help me get in shape quickly, im trying to obtain times similar to my current PRs.
