Alright, judging by today\'s workout, can you predict my mile time?
4x400(rest in between is 1:30) 67, 68, 68, 67
rest 5 minutes
4x200(rest is 30 seconds in between) 28, 30, 29, 30.
Thanks!
BTW... this workout was really hard towards the end.

about 45 minutes.
Dude, who knows. Honestly.
Why do so many people come on this board and ask this question. How would anyone know what you can run? Do you have a coach?
Don't you ever ask yourself why only slow people post these threads?
Have you ever opened one of these threads and it's like:
Hey what do you guys think I can run? I just ran 12x400 in 59-60 off one minute. What can I run? or I just did 6x1k in 2.50 off a minute.
Just run man. Relax, talk to your coach or anyone you train with and stop asking letsrun.com what you can do. Just race and you will learn gradually what you can run and how your body responds to training.
You're not going to learn anything about yourself from random people posting wild guesses.
Train harder, that's my suggestion. You're running slow. Dont mean to be insulting but your not fast right now. Find people who are faster and know more than you do and learn from them.
Oh thank God someone said that....You want to know what your mile time will be? Here's a novel idea- RACE A MILE!!!!!
Hey, the poster could be a girl!

I'd say 4:40.
