hey fellow track brethren
as i'm sure you've all experienced, after my first meet today the back of my throat feels like a cat tried to claw its way up out of my stomach. my roommates basically want to kill me during indoor as i cough the entire day and they often would prefer to sleep instead of hearing my phlegm work its way loose.
what's worked for you, to calm down the coughing and soothe your ravaged throat?
