Crash-week means to double the intensity. I would try to do 5 really intensive days.

Hi,
I mean 800m training sessions, for example doing:
first day: sprinting 8x 80m sprint + 3-4x 200/300m
second day: 400/600m/800m
third day: 20-30x 200m with 90 sec rest.
fourth day 4-5x 1000n
fifth day: 6-8 km fast
sixth day: time trial
seventh day: 3x 2km fast
