Ok last year I ran a 9:13 for 3k. This year I\'ve made steady progress in cross country, but times are more or less irrelevant so I won\'t list them. I also picked up a used altitude tent last week and I\'m going to be using it throughout my indoor training. I want to maintain about 80 mpw for about 2 months, then taper to end well in indoor. What do you think I can run for 3k? I mean I know its hard to make a very close prediction given the information i\'ve given, but would it be crazy to want to break 9? or maybe even go low 8:50s
