i'm 180 and run 14:55.... does that mean this if i were 140lbs i\'d run sub 12 mins - NO.
give the man a break... he's running 45 mpw and with a 12 mile long run... smart training for someone around his ability/
you're talking like a half marathon is hard and far...
1:30 is within reach for sure. this training is smart and a slow progression to more mileage (slowly) and a farther long run you\'ll see big improvements on your times.
