So much for live results, I cant find anything anywhere. Was anyone there and can at least give us a little heads up on hiw it went? I have no life and am dying to see how my bros did.

Chico State romped the mens side
Wow looks like it was a pretty fast course!! 30:50 didnt qualify for nationals..ridiculous
definetely fast, but impressive all around nonetheless. GNAC really showed up this year with a lot of names in the top 10's. Quite a change from a few years back when Chico or Poly had seemed everybody in there... Congrats to Riak and Pixler for some impressive performances. Big race by Jane Larson and Schotchmer for the Silvers too!
Was the course short, all the people I recognize ran faster than their track bests which seems highly unlikely on a cross country course.
No actually the course was long. It was 6.5 miles. No, really.
I was told by one of the host coaches that the course was a bit short. Basically they took the 5k HS course, and doubled it. The only thing with that is that they didn't run the start and finish twice. They made some turns wider to add a bit of length, but it was likely 200-300m short (based on my guesses).
That said, it had very solid footing... not many turns... the hill wasn't very bad... perfect temperature and no wind... Running it the day before I was expecting fast times.
Well done to UCSD men to step up and grab that last nationals position.
Freakin' great day for a cross country race, and great course. I really enjoyed it, despite it being short. According to my coach, Sam ran a 4:40 last 1.2 miles! Regardless, so much fun. I'll be looking forward to hearing more feedback.
TJ - I'll want another recap, just like after the GNAC race!

PS - Congrats to GNAC runners today, we represented very well, now I hope everyone does it again in two weeks!
