I ran since i was 12 years old up to 28, when I weighted 145 pounds, I was just a "ok runner", I ran 15'19 for the 5k, 24'46 for the 8k, 1'11'15 for the half marathon. Now at age of 42, and 268 pounds, I REALLY want to run again. I go out for 30 minutes walks, and a little jogging, But I feel terrible, I can barely move, I have 3 beautiful to raise, so I want be around for a long time, and bring running into my life again. Any advice? How hard would be for me to run and compete at any level again? Is a change possible? THANKS !!! PLZ ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS.
